Now, regarding Danny, Mint, and Bill.... I must say I was very impressed by them. They were all very knowledgeable and willing to share information a good way. They weren't pushy or condescending. They were very easy and fun to deal with - even after sweating their butts off in their space suits. I think they did a great job. They were very patient as I went around checking the building and willing to fill in missed or thin spots. Our building is made of red iron with a bunch of windows and doors. This made for a lot of little nooks and crannies. I really appreciated their efforts to go back and help me inspect the corners and walls.

Of all the experiences I have had in the course of constructing this building / apartment, I want you to know this one is the best. Very friendly and professional service with an outstanding product is a rare commodity these days, and your company provides that! We had many skeptics in making the decision to go with the foam insulation due to the cost. We are confident, however, that we made the right decision for the long haul. We will let ya know how the winter goes. I'm sure we will be warm and toasty.

I had the crawl space of my older home insulated with foam in October of 2002. My floors were cold and I needed to be warmer. I immediately felt a difference. To confirm that there was a difference, I put a thermometer on the floor and one about 36 inches high along the wall, there was no more than 3 degrees difference over the time period I measured. It works!!

BPSI Foam Insulators recently finished installing foam insulation in the second floor addition to my 100 year old Victorian home here in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. I couldn't be happier with the product and the company that installed it.

The owner, Tommy Gracy, was very good at communicating with me and was really interested in getting the best insulation possible in my unique situation. The on-site crew were professional and easy to work with. Since I'm living in the home with my wife and three children that meant a lot.

By profession I am a residential designer and have had a growing awreness of the poor performance and health concerns associated with fiberglass insulation. In addition, I don't believe cellulose insulation is going to prove to be a good alternative either. I believe foam insulation is going to turn out to be the insulation standard of the future.

We had a house addition completed by Gracy Building and Design in Mountian Home, Arkansas. Part of their recommendation was to use foam as the insulation for the old and new house. They also own BPSI Foam Insulators and are dealers for foam insulation. I was slightly uncomfortable as I did not know about this material, but the Gracys were right on everything else they recommended, so we decided to go with their recommendations. It was a WONDERFUL DECISION.

Our house is warmer now than ever, plus we have a 4 seasons room that we don't heat. The other evening the temperature in the room was 60 degrees in the evening when the outside temperature went down to 35 degrees. The foam insulation kept the room at 51 degrees. In the past, we could never have even gone out into this room, but we had breakfast out there that day.

Another advantage is the sound proofing that foam insulation provides. We have some wonderful neighbors, but they like to play their music loud on their deck. Their deck is about 60 feet from our bedroom wall. In the past, our bedroom was at the other end of the house and we could hear their music through the entire house. The first evening we slept in our new bedroom, they had a party on their deck until the wee hours of the morning. We never heard them thanks to the foam insulation.

Also, if you ever need restoration work or new work done on your house, please accept this statement from one completely satisfied customer. Tommy and Ruby Dell Gracy are a class act. First, we had to wait a year as they would not take any more work than they can reasonably manage. None of this, we will start and then let it sit. We don't live in Arkansas, but live in St. Louis, so we had to trust their professionalism to complete this job when we were not there. They did everything they said they would do, did it professionally and we have the house we always wanted with all of the amenities (some we did not know about without their guidance) you could ask for in work done for you. We have built a number of houses and numberous remodeling, but the Gracys are top quality and if you have to wait to work with them, it will be worth your wait.
